Some Good Words

Since the home page and all satellite pages have either featured or explained negative judgements I thought it might be nice to give a little space to some happier criticism. Here are some uncommon words that aren't PAWs or pompous, but instead serve a good and particular purpose.

Word: hortatory
Reference: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/hortatory
Definition: Urging to some course of conduct or action; exhorting; encouraging: a hortatory speech.
Example: National Review Online at http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=YzA5NmZiZGQzODFkZTExMWU3ZmQwZDE5ZTcxY2M3MzQ=

Setting hortatory goals for the Iraqi government is fine, since everyone knows what it ideally should do[.]

Word:  epigones
Reference:  http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=%20epigones%20
Definition:  A second-rate imitator or follower, especially of an artist or a philosopher.
Example:  From Joe Conason at http://www.salon.com/opinion/conason/2003/09/17/clark/index.html:
